Received product

When you receive your product, Always check the product.
After receiving the product, please check for defects such as "wrong order details, missing or defective products".
If a defect is found, it must be requested within 30 days of receipt of the product.
The store will check and respond.
Please note that any requests not made within 30 days of receipt of the product, or after 30 days of receipt of the product, will not be dealt with.

Cancellation

Cancellation no. 1, If not already shipped.

Product cancellations after dispatch will be processed as a refund of the product price minus a 30% administration fee for the product requested.

Returns for the user's convenience after the product has been dispatched will be processed for a refund of the product price minus a 30% administration fee for the product requested.

Cancellation, exchange or return products are Not for resale, whether used or unused.
The store sells hard-to-find or original products to the general public on the internet. Once a product has reached the user, whether used or unused, it cannot be resold due to the nature of product management.
Therefore, products returned after dispatch or for the user's convenience will be refunded after a 30% administration fee has been deducted from the offered products to compensate for the loss.
Users are advised to make purchases and orders based on their own careful judgement, bearing in mind that cancellations, exchanges and returns of products after dispatch or for personal reasons are subject to a 30% processing fee.
Cancellation due to payment of import duties and other fees

The refund will be made in the same way as the check-out payment.
If the item is sent back to the store by cash on delivery, it will be refunded after deducting the actual costs.
