When your order arrives, please always check it.
When your order arrives, please check it for any problems, such as the wrong items, missing items, or defects. If you find a problem, please submit a request within 30 days of receiving the product, and we will review it and respond. Please note that we cannot accept any request made more than 30 days after delivery, or where no request is submitted within that 30-day period. -
If the quantity is wrong or an item is missing
Once we have confirmed the issue, we will check the item and, if it is in stock, ship it as soon as possible. If the item is already out of stock and cannot be supplied, we will issue a refund for it instead. In this case, the shipping costs and any refund handling fees are fully covered by the store. -
If the fault is ours, we will exchange the item or accept a return
Once we have confirmed the issue, please return the item within 30 days of receiving it. After the returned item reaches us, we will arrange the next steps. If the item is already out of stock or cannot be replaced, we will issue a refund instead. In this case, the shipping costs and any refund handling fees are fully covered by the store.

Cancellation 1 — before your order has shipped
If you cancel an order that has not yet shipped and you have already paid, we will refund you minus the applicable fees. (Here, "fees" refers to the bank transfer or payment-processing charges incurred when refunding you.) -
Cancellation 2 — after your order has shipped
If you cancel after your order has shipped, we will refund the product price minus a 30% handling fee. Please note that if you do not agree to this, we are unable to process the cancellation. -
Returns for personal reasons (you don't like it, changed your mind, etc.)
For returns after shipping due to personal reasons, we will refund the product price minus a 30% handling fee. Please note that if you do not agree to this, we are unable to accept the return. -
Exchanges for personal reasons (wrong color, ordered the wrong item, etc.)
If you wish to swap an item for a different one after it has shipped or been delivered, we will refund the original product price minus a 30% handling fee, and ask that you place a new order for the replacement. We are unable to offer direct item-for-item exchanges, so please purchase the new item separately. If you do not agree to this, we are unable to proceed. -
Cancelled, exchanged, or returned items are not resold, whether used or unused
Our store sells hard-to-find and original items online. Once an item has reached you, any cancelled, exchanged, or returned item cannot be resold — whether used or unused — due to how we manage our products. For this reason, items returned after shipping or for personal reasons are refunded after deducting a 30% handling fee to cover the loss. Please keep in mind that this 30% processing fee applies to cancellations, exchanges, and returns made after shipping or for personal reasons, and order carefully with this in mind. -
Cancellations related to import duties and other fees
We cannot accept cancellations for this reason. So that customers around the world can shop with us, our store ships outside Japan; however, import costs such as customs duties are your responsibility. Refund timing after we receive your returned item
Refunds for cancellations, exchanges, and returns are processed only after the item arrives at our store and has been checked. (If the item cannot be verified, we are unable to process a refund.) Refunds are made via the payment method you originally used. The time required varies by bank, credit card, or e-money provider — typically around 7–14 business days — though in some cases it may take 30 business days or more. -
Policies vary by country and may change over time
Cancellation, exchange, and return policies differ from country to country. Even so, we want as many people as possible to be able to shop with us — so this policy was carefully considered to let customers both in Japan and overseas purchase from us. Please understand in advance that there are limits to satisfying every customer perfectly.
