All items sold in our store are shipped from Akita, Japan, at a pre-determined shipping cost. Shipping costs can be found on the Japan Post website.
Delivery time windows can be specified at checkout under "Preferred delivery time window".
The following time windows are available:

• No specified time
• Morning
• 12:00~14:00
• 14:00~16:00
• 16:00~18:00
• 18:00~20:00
• 19:00~21:00
• 20:00~21:00

The default time window is "No specified time".

Please pay the delivery person of Japan Post the shipping fee only when you receive the product.

When using cash on delivery for Yu-Pack, you will need to pay a fee based on the product price (delivery amount). The fees are as follows:

• Up to ¥30,000: ¥330 + ¥203 = ¥533
• Up to ¥100,000: ¥550 + ¥203 = ¥753
• Up to ¥200,000: ¥880 + ¥203 = ¥1,083
• Up to ¥300,000: ¥990 + ¥203 = ¥1,193
• Up to ¥500,000: ¥1,430 + ¥420 + ¥203 = ¥2,053

Please note that security service is required for delivery amounts over ¥300,000. In this case, you will need to pay the product price, shipping fee, and the above fees to the postman who delivers the item. The store will cover the stamp fee for orders over ¥50,000.

Attention: If you do not receive the item, you will be charged for the round-trip shipping and handling fees for returning the item. Please be sure to check this before placing your order.

Yu-Pack Smart Discount is a service that offers a ¥180 discount on the basic shipping cost of Yu-Pack.
How to use:

• You can find out how to use Yu-Pack Smart Discount on the Japan Post website or app.
• Yu-Pack Smart Discount does not support cash on delivery.
• Before shipping, you must select and enter the recipient's address.
• If you have registered your mobile phone number (SMS), you will receive a notification by SMS when the recipient's address has been selected and entered.
• If you have not registered your mobile phone number, you will receive a notification to your registered email address.
• If you delay selecting and entering the recipient's address, shipping will also be delayed, so please be careful.

Note: This store does not use LINE, so shipping requests via LINE will not be accepted.

Yu-Pack Smartphone Discount
Yu-Pack Smartphone Discount is a service that provides a ¥180 discount on basic shipping costs.
Post Office Pickup Discount
In addition to the discount provided by Yu-Pack Smartphone Discount, Post Office Pickup Discount provides an additional ¥100 discount when a regular post office is designated as the recipient's address.
Restrictions

• You can find out how to use Yu-Pack Smart Discount on the Japan Post website or app.
• Yu-Pack Smartphone Discount is not available for COD shipments.
• Yu-Pack Smartphone Discount is not available for Post Office Hold.
• If a post office is designated as the recipient's address, the recipient's address cannot be changed after the shipment has been sent.
• The storage period is 7 days from the day after the package arrives at the post office.
• The recipient's address must be selected and entered before the shipment is sent. If a mobile phone number is registered, an SMS notification will be sent when the recipient's address has been selected and entered. If a mobile phone number is not registered, a notification will be sent to the registered email address.
• Please note that if the recipient's address is not selected and entered in a timely manner, the shipment may be delayed.
