- Responses to enquiries and payment confirmation work will certainly be delayed during the holiday period.
- Responses to some enquiries may be given regardless of the time period.
- By 25 December 2020, goods for which payment has been confirmed will be dispatched by the end of 2020.
- All items purchased during the holiday period will be shipped sequentially from 15 January 2021 onwards.
- Faults such as server and web-related problems will be addressed as needed.
The number of days closed has also been increased to take account of Wuhan pneumonia. The company plans to use this period to produce originals, photograph products and complete paperwork such as tax returns.
