The post office will also change its rates for delivery from the same date, so delivery charges and handling fees will also change.

- Up to ¥14,999, tax included purchase amount + ¥330 + (delivery charge + ¥203) = exchange amount
- From ¥15,000 to ¥29,999, tax included purchase amount + ¥330 + (¥203 + ¥0 for delivery) = exchange amount
- For purchases of ¥30,000 or more, tax included + ¥330 + (¥220 + [¥203 + ¥0 for delivery]) = exchange amount
