Stripe
Support for a wide range of paymentsPayment methods available to customers in Japan are credit card (including JCB), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link. Depending on your country of residence and account, you may also be able to use European bank-based payment methods such as Bancontact, EPS, giropay, iDEAL, and Przelewy24 (all settled in EUR). These payment methods may be changed or discontinued without notice at the discretion of the payment provider.

For Apple devicesWe accept Apple Pay via Stripe. Apple Pay is an easy way to pay in stores, online, and in apps. It is highly secure and carefully protects your privacy.

PayPal
Widely used worldwideWith PayPal, once you register a credit or debit card or set up bank account direct debit, you can pay using just your email address (ID) and password. You can shop securely without sharing your payment details, such as your card number, with the store. Signing up is free. Credit and debit cards can be registered from the checkout screen, and bank accounts can be set up on the PayPal website.

Receipt
I want a paper receiptThe following documents serve as your receipt, depending on the payment method: for bank transfer (including Wise), your bank's transfer statement; for cash on delivery, the receipt for the collected amount (for payments of ¥50,000 or more, our store remits the revenue-stamp duty to the tax office separately, so you do not need to affix a revenue stamp to the receipt); and for credit card, debit card, Link, Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, and similar methods, a printout of the transaction details screen or the statement issued by your card company. Please note that, to prevent duplicate issuance, our store does not reissue receipts. We appreciate your understanding.

Payments in JPY (Japanese yen) are...
Payment MethodsWe accept cash on delivery, bank transfer (transfer fees paid by the customer), and the Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal payment gateways. For bank transfers in USD ($) and EUR (€)—transfer fees paid by the customer—we use "Wise". Our store does not send persistent payment-reminder emails before your payment is received. Please keep track of your payment deadline and take care not to forget to complete your transfer.

Cash on delivery
I would like to pay upon receipt of the itemFor cash payment in Japanese yen (JPY), delivery is available via "Yu-Pack" only. The cash-on-delivery (COD) handling fee is ¥330 for amounts up to ¥30,000, ¥550 up to ¥100,000, ¥880 up to ¥200,000, ¥990 up to ¥300,000, and ¥1,430 up to ¥500,000. At the time of delivery, you can receive your order by paying—in addition to the product total—a remittance fee of ¥203, the Yu-Pack shipping charge, and, if the COD amount exceeds ¥300,000, a security service fee of ¥420. After your order is placed, the shipping cannot be changed to collect-on-delivery (paid to the carrier upon delivery).

Bank transfers
Japanese bank transfer accountBank transfers are accepted through Japan Post Bank, AEON Bank, Rakuten Bank, PayPay Bank, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (SMBC), and The Bank of Fukuoka. ※ Transfer fees are the customer's responsibility. The payment deadline is 14 business days after the order date; if it passes, the order will be cancelled. Please take care not to miss the deadline or forget to make your transfer. For customers residing outside Japan, the fees incurred at the time of a refund can be high, so we recommend using "Wise".

Payment methodsCredit card (Stripe), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Wise. Our store does not send reminder emails before payment. If you pay by bank transfer, please keep track of your payment and its due date yourself.

Wise
International Money TransferWe accept bank transfers in USD and EUR (transfer fees are paid by the customer). The information needed to make a transfer is provided in the USD Remittance Details (PDF) and EUR Remittance Details (PDF), which you can download and review. The account name for both is ISAMU HIBARI. The payment deadline is 14 business days after the order date; if the deadline passes, the order will be cancelled. Please take care not to miss your transfer or the deadline.
