All domestic orders are delivered by Japan Post. Choose the option that best suits your order quantity and product width (21mm / 15mm / 6mm). For small quantities, the mail-type options delivered to your mailbox are convenient; for bulk orders, the boxed Yu-Pack service works well. A boxed courier service, ideal for bulk orders. The Smartphone Discount applies a discount through Japan Post's app, while Cash on Delivery lets you pay when your order arrives. The larger the box, the more we can send.

International Shipping — EMS (Express Mail Service)
International orders from our store are shipped exclusively by EMS (Express Mail Service). EMS is Japan Post's international express service, reaching more than 120 countries and regions in as little as 3–4 days. We send your treasured items from Japan with care, by the fastest and most reassuring method available.
Shipping fee
Your shipping cost is calculated and shown automatically during checkout, based on your destination, so you can see it in advance and proceed with confidence.
Insurance
Every shipment includes free compensation coverage of up to ¥20,000 against loss or damage. For higher-value orders that need additional coverage, please contact us before purchasing and we'll be glad to arrange it.
Tracking
Every EMS shipment comes with a free tracking number. We'll share it with you after dispatch, so you can check the delivery status online at any time.
Orders over 5kg
EMS itself handles parcels up to 30 kg, but for safe packing and reasonable shipping costs, we generally accept orders up to around 5 kg online. If you're considering a larger order, please contact us before purchasing and we'll find the most cost-effective and suitable shipping option for you.
