Even though I have already experienced tearing 15 mm and 6 mm from a 21 mm width, this time I was worried until I cracked it open.
Maybe up to 2~12 mm wide can be split. (1mm may also be possible?)
It was the first time to actually pull and split a 21 mm width into several 3 mm widths at once and there were waves in the process.
The unevenness will probably go away with experience, but there may be friction and load on the blade to break it into several pieces, and it may not pull well, so adjustments may be necessary. However, it did split cleanly, just as I had imagined.
The original jig was originally designed to be able to crack and tear in large quantities, so it is meaningless if that much is not available. The price also exceeded the budget spent on this jig, which was lightly in excess of 10,000 yen.
Also, this jig is prioritised for splitting and tearing, and we cannot sell it to people who want it because we do not take safety into account in any way.
In addition, the completion of this jig part is likely to expand the area of weaving.
First and foremost is to attach the handles to the three body parts, which have been lying around for about a year ...
