Amount of Fortuna Pearl material used in "Type7".
This time, the amount of material used in "Hishigatakoshi◇ FUKAMIDORIXWAKANAEIRO Pearl W21◇ Type7", but the 21mm width of Fortuna Pearl in Type7-6,9,12 squares together using "FUKAMIDORIx5", "WAKANAEIROx4". The remaining amount is now the image.
From the experience of the trial production of "Ichimatsukoshi Pearl Type 1 - 4" before, I could vaguely see the finished form of the body part in "Ichimatsukoshi Pearl Type 4", and because I had to redo everything from the beginning, there were quite a few half scraps left, and as a way to use those scraps of material, I came up with the idea of decorating the handles part. It's a strange thing because I came up with the idea of decorating the handle part as a way of using the scraps of material.
No wastage of materials.
This may be because my father was a master carpenter and I saw that he never wasted materials, so it came naturally to my body.
At the time, this was common sense for small construction firms and one-person shops, and was considered stingy by the big companies, but nowadays this idea is considered common sense. I am the type of person who doesn't usually throw away scraps of material that I think can be used, partly because of this.
Also in this case, how much of the Type 7-6, 9 and 12 squares would be left after production? We also wanted to know.
Incidentally, the weight of a Fortuna pearl 21 mm wide is about 0.20-0.23 kg, so the weight gives an idea of how much material was used, and if one piece weighs about 210 g.

- "Hishigatakoshi Type7-6 squares" have a total weight of approx 430 g, so around two (one FUKAMIDORI and one WAKANAEIRO).
- "Hishigatakoshi Type7-9 squares" have a total weight of approx 549g, so two and a half (one FUKAMIDORI, two quarters", one WAKANAEIRO, two quarters).
- "Hishigatakoshi Type7-12 squares" have a total weight of approx 696 g, so four (one FUKAMIDORI, four-fifths", one WAKANAEIRO, four-fifths).
If we know the amount of material used by the numbers, we can imagine that this number of units would be used for this size of material.
It is considered understandable if the product is explained while the customer actually sees the product, but there are many unclear points to understand and purchase or refer to based on the images and description alone. So if there is room, I will add more information on the site in the future.
