Prototype of Fortuna pearl in 11mm width. Two-colour dark and light stripe, shimamasu lattice and square stripe type backs. Fortuna pearl 11 mm wide type. Handle ready-made synthetic leather, total length approx 46 cm, thickness approx 1 cm, ø 9 double-sided caulking. Fortuna pearls with a smooth, silky feel and pearlescent, textured Fortuna pearls 11 mm wide, finished in the colours FUJIIRO and BOTANIRO.

Square stripe using two colours.
A Taiwanese handicrafts enthusiast's work was of interest and a prototype was produced. I struggled with the order of the colours to be knitted and especially the way to fit the top end, and there were quite a few gaps. In particular, we finished the delivery of the upper diagonal section using both the outer and inner sides, while almost giving up two or three times.
I tried again with the same colour, but seemed to have difficulty in finishing the upper part of the piece, so I think I will try again when I have improved my skills a little more. Incidentally, I tried again with the same colour for confirmation, but for some reason the colours were opposite.

The handle (grip) of the prototype is made of INAZUMA's YAK-590 synthetic leather. Total length 46 cm, thickness 1 cm, purple in colour. However, the purple-coloured ready-made caulking was unbalanced, so all the ready-made caulking was removed and upgraded to an antique look.
This time it is a budget-related finish, but it is a work that impressed me that the atmosphere of a ready-made handle can be changed just by changing the caulking colour.
